A graduate in Commerce with a diploma in Sales & Marketing he has negotiated & successfully concluded multi crore transactions in the trade. An overall experience of nearly three decades in varied industries like Engineering and Real estate industry. He is driven with passion and perseverance.
Payal V Melwani,
A literature graduate hailing from a business family. She is a seasoned realtor known for her negotiation skills, business acumen, and vibrant personality.

For Sale Transactions
City Limits - Residential/Commercial - 2% on the Sale consideration from both parties
Outside City Limits - 3% on the Sale Consideration from both parties
Sale of Industrial Land/Building/Agricultural Land outside city limits - 4% on the Sale Consideration from both parties
Joint Development - 2% commission from the developer /owner on the Land Value
For Rental Transactions
Residential/Commercial/Industrial with or without building - One Month rent from both parties
